Case studies are used to explore various concepts in the course. They require you to apply concepts to specific business situations. These brief papers require no references but must demonstrate critical thinking about the case and clear, concise writing.

You are not required to write about every case assigned as reading in your course schedule. The cases to which you should respond in writing are specified in your course schedule and in the course modules in which they are due. For each assigned case, first read the case carefully and then respond in detail to the questions at the end of the case. (These do not have to be unified essays. Just number the questions and answer each one as completely as you can.) Each completed case study should be at least two pages long.

The cases do not require research beyond your textbook, although sometimes it can be beneficial. If you do use sources other than your textbook, be sure to document them in APA format.
