Peter Senge, the author of the groundbreaking book on learning, The Fifth Discipline, has said:  “People don’t resist change.  They resist being changed.” 
As you reflect both on conducting an organizational change assessment and providing feedback to client systems what impact should this short quote from Senge have on the way you both conduct an assessment and provide meaningful feedback?
