QU #1 What a consumer purchases, when and how he/she purchases are influenced by his personality types. Consumer life styles are reflected in their personalities and self concepts. Name (3) things that could identify a lifestyle and give examples for each one from your personal life that would identify your life style.
QU #2 Measuring customer’s attitude has become an important phenomenon in the service industry. Consumer goods as a service industry should deliver quality services so that customers are satisfied and have positive attitudes towards the services. Select the most important traits (2) examples from article (pg 47-49) and add your own reasoning on why these 2 variables are the most important to buying behavior.
