conduct 2 interviews. Each interview must be with a person who has reached maturity in their job position (full-time positions only) and has a high level of satisfaction. It can be with anyone who you are comfortable talking to. The interviews should last 15-30 minutes and they do not have to be in person like stated in the instructions.
The goal is to experience giving an interview and to practice formulating questions. Try to not take notes during the interview and rather try to remember the information, but it is not mandatory. When the interview is done, write down the person’s responses and their impressions that they gave off throughout the interview. After each response given to you, be sure to ask for more information.
When the interview is done, follow the formatting given in the packet as to how you should structure your findings.
